More Safety Tips For Your Pet This Christmas & Year Round!

At this time of year there are many plants that can cause severe problems in your pets, for example, Holly, Mistletoe, Poinsettia and Hibiscus. Poinsettia can cause very bad intestinal problems, so keep all these plants out of your pet`s reach! You also need to keep your pets from chewing on or playing with the Christmas Tree. The ornaments can cause choking and so can the wrapping paper, so they don`t need to ‘help’ you open their or your presents! Also be aware that tobacco products are also very hazardous to pets, so smoke outside and keep ashtrays out of your pet`s reach! Also remember to remove the food ties from the turkey/roast/ham as this can cause major issues, if ingested!
